Customer-focused Booking Manager for Luxury Villa wanted!

We have a flexible position for someone with excellent people skills to manage bookings and guest relations for three luxury villas in Bali.
You will be required to do the following:
- respond to new enquiries with 2 hours during the weekdays and weekends (within a 12 hour window, say 9am to 9pm)
- answer questions attentively and warmly
- liaise with our other Booking Manager and on-site staff
Your skills will include:
- excellent English
- live or be available in a timezone between GMT-4 and GMT+2
- great customer service skills
- ability to use Google Sheets, Airbnb, TripAdvisor
- some social media skills will be an advantage
