Dmytro - Experienced Developer for Exchange Platform Optimization (React, Typescript, Cloudflare)

We are seeking an experienced developer to significantly optimize an existing exchange platform. The platform is built with React, TypeScript, and utilizes Cloudflare for its infrastructure. Our primary goals are to achieve faster market loading times, ensure reliable price and liquidity updates, and deliver a highly polished and stable frontend user experience.

The current system relies on a rest api for data. We have previously experimented with streaming solutions, and a review of these efforts will be crucial in determining the optimal architecture moving forward.

Project Scope:
- Conduct a comprehensive audit of the existing codebase, API integrations, and the current market-data flow. Full source code and technical documentation will be provided.
- Propose an architectural recommendation (REST, streaming, or a hybrid approach) supported by a clear plan outlining milestones and expected deliverables.
- Implement the approved architectural design, focusing on efficient market data handling and robust server-side order processing.
- Enhance frontend performance to reduce loading times, improve navigation responsiveness, and boost overall application stability.

Specific performance targets, including loading times, data freshness, smooth updates, and reliable order handling, will be mutually defined and agreed upon following the initial audit phase. Verification of these targets will take place in a staging environment.

We will commence with a short audit phase, with an agreed-upon hours cap, followed by subsequent implementation milestones that will be approved separately.
