Tenho o template do boot strap (https://prium.github.io/twbs-sparrow/) e gostaria de implementá-lo. Preciso refinar uma página única de home (pegar blocos de outros paginas e retirar alguns q estão no template) e do blog,  Trocar fontes, cor, link do vídeo. E que me seja ensinado como poderei inserir posts novos no blog e eventualmente trocar uma foto por outra.
