Email marketing

There are many projects I am looking at regarding my business:

-  Making my website more visible and attracting people to the website
-  Looking at updating my website with correct search engines etc.
-  I need the freelancer to sort out email categories and automatic send out emails
-  Retain existing clientele with promotions, incentives etc via marketing strategies.
-  On line bookings within the salon
- The freelancer should be a woman and have experience within the Beauty Industry.
- If the right freelancer is able to assist me with the job, there will be ongoing work involved as this industry is forever changing.

The website is basic and I have updated it myself, teaching myself as I went along, which is time consuming, so I would love the freelancer to assist me to implement ideas etc.into the website.
