Objetivos
* Emitir um boleto registrado no Santander
* Gerar um URL para impressão do boleto
* Verificar se o boleto foi liquidado (a ser discutido após análise da documentação como será feito, se por meio de um CRON ou consultas regulares ou WEBHOOKS)
