Tenemos una aplicacion para ios y android  utilizando  flutter, necesitamos implementar notificaciones, pero nos falta desarrollar el backend en nuestro servidor, para que envie las notificaciones y cambie de estado en nuestra base de datos las notificaciones atendidas.

Nuestro servidor tiene  Ubuntu 16.04.5, PHP 5.6.40.
