El hosting donde esta este sitio, al parecer realizo algunos cambios que los voy a copiar al final

Cuando el cliente relizaba una cotizacion aqui:

Recibia un correo de notificacion . Este aviso le llegaba al admin del sitio y al cliente, pero ahora dejó de llegar al cliente

aqui cambios que realizo el hosting...no se si esto provoca el error:
