Executive Assistant (Ecommerce + Project Management) - Right hand of Cmo (part-time/full-time)

V.H. Media enterprise is looking for an experienced and highly motivated marketing account manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and act as his right hand, helping manage day-to-day tasks, client accounts, and marketing activities to maximize efficiency and results. 
Responsibilities: 
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies and achieve desired KPIs.Assist the CMO with daily marketing operations & strategic planning.
Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives. Attend client meetings, prepare reports, and provide insights to drive account growth.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and meeting deadlines.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
