We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled virtual assistant with a strong background in accounting and e-commerce financial management. The primary responsibilities will include managing the finances for three distinct e-commerce accounts. This role requires meticulous attention to detail for tracking everyday expenses and ensuring the accurate and timely maintenance of Profit and Loss (P&L) statements for each business. The ideal candidate will possess proven expertise in financial record-keeping, reporting, and a deep understanding of e-commerce business operations from a financial perspective. This is an ongoing hourly position requiring consistent dedication to financial oversight and reporting.
