Experienced Blockchain / Web3 Game Developer for Smart Contract & Nft Integration

We are seeking a highly skilled Blockchain / Web3 Game Developer to join our team and design, implement, and maintain on-chain and hybrid features within our mobile, PC, and blockchain games. This role is crucial for integrating Web3 functionalities such as wallets, tokens, and NFT flows securely with our game clients and backend services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain smart-contract interactions, ensuring robust chain RPC connectivity and secure signing flows that align with game design.
- Integrate Web3 SDKs with game clients developed in Unity/Unreal or custom engines.
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers to define APIs, indexing strategies, and anti-abuse measures for all Web3 features.
- Document technical approaches, potential risks, and detailed deployment steps for production releases.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in relevant blockchain ecosystems, particularly EVM-compatible networks and associated tooling.

Requirements:
- Solid programming experience in shipping software, with proficiency in languages such as C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar.
- Hands-on experience in blockchain development, including expertise in Solidity or a comparable smart contract development stack, along with secure coding practices.
- A deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including wallets, transactions, gas mechanisms, and common Web3 user experience pitfalls in gaming.
- Ability to take ownership of solutions from conception to completion and clearly communicate technical trade-offs.

Nice to Have:
- Prior commercial game production or live-service experience.
- Familiarity with indexing pipelines, subgraphs, or different wallet patterns (custodial vs. Non-custodial).
- Interest in economy design and the sustainability of tokenized game loops.
