Experienced Creative Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced part-time Creative Designer to join our team on a contract basis. This role is crucial for supporting fast-moving marketing initiatives by producing high-quality digital assets across various platforms, including email, landing pages, paid media, and social campaigns. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively translate strategic objectives into clean, compelling creative that drives performance and engagement. The position is expected to start at 10-20 hours per week, with a clear path to full-time as our creative volume expands. Key responsibilities for this role include: designing engaging email templates and visual layouts; creating direct mail pieces, postcards, and other print-ready assets; producing impactful landing page visuals, hero graphics, icons, and supporting imagery; developing creative for LinkedIn ads, display ads, and other paid media channels; crafting compelling social media graphics; enhancing and retouching images, including technical diagrams and before/after visuals; ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines across all materials; collaborating closely with marketing and strategy teams to transform messaging into powerful visual concepts; and efficiently managing creative versions, revisions, and asset libraries. Candidates must possess advanced English proficiency, 3-5+ years of professional experience in graphic or digital design, and a robust portfolio showcasing digital marketing assets. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar industry-standard design tools is required.
