Experienced Residential Architect for South Carolina Development Projects

We are a real estate development company seeking a talented and experienced architect to collaborate on residential projects in South Carolina. Our initial focus includes the design and production of townhomes and single-family homes. While the immediate workload may be limited, we are committed to building a long-term relationship with a professional who can grow with our expanding development pipeline. This role has the potential to evolve into an ongoing or full-time position for the right candidate.

Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing comprehensive architectural drawings and plan sets for various residential developments.
- Revising drawings efficiently based on feedback and project requirements.
- Coordinating designs and producing organized, accurate construction documents.
- Meeting project deadlines and providing regular communication on progress.

Key Requirements:
- Proven strong experience in residential architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD. Experience with other relevant architectural software is a plus.
- Specific experience with townhome or single-family residential projects is essential.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- A detail-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.
- Availability to commence work promptly.
