Our dynamic digital marketing agency requires a highly organized and detail-oriented financial specialist to manage our monthly accounting operations within Zoho Books. We need a reliable professional to ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded, categorized, and reconciled, maintaining zero errors for smooth system functionality. This is a long-term, part-time collaboration, crucial for our agency's growth and financial health.Key responsibilities include: Creating and issuing client invoices promptly. Accurately entering and categorizing all expenses, ensuring correct matching to the chart-of-accounts. Performing comprehensive credit-card reconciliations, specifically matching transactions with invoices from Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat ad platforms to prevent unreconciled items at month-end. Downloading, posting, and correctly allocating Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat ad invoices to the appropriate client or cost center. Generating a concise and accurate income and expense report each month.The ideal candidate will have proven hands-on experience with Zoho Books, particularly in invoicing, expense coding, and credit-card reconciliation. Familiarity with the billing processes of major digital advertising platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok, Snapchat) is highly desirable and will enable a quick start. We are looking for a dedicated individual to grow with us. This will be a monthly contract.
