We are seeking a skilled digital advertising specialist to manage and optimize our Facebook and Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring effective advertising strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
    •    Plan, create, and manage Facebook and Google Ads campaigns to achieve marketing objectives.
    •    Conduct audience research and set up targeted ad groups for maximum reach and ROI.
    •    Optimize ad copy, visuals, and landing pages for performance and relevance.
    •    Monitor campaign budgets, analyze performance data, and adjust strategies as needed.
    •    Perform A/B testing on creatives and headlines to improve results.
    •    Generate regular reports on key metrics and campaign effectiveness.
    •    Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.
Qualifications:
    •    Proven experience managing Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
    •    Strong analytical skills and experience with performance data analysis.
    •    Creative thinking and ability to collaborate with marketing and design teams.
    •    Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    •    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred.
