Design a 3 levels farmstay hotel with stairs
Each level 4 rooms
Ground level with a garden in front
Keep the design of building and room simple and neat.
Level 1 is a hosting area with a small cafe and a kitchen
Behind building there is a pond with 20 sqm
Level 2 and 3 host 4 rm with each room having individual toilet and bathroom. The each room size about 25 sqm
Roof top is meant for laundry and roof garden
The covered roof top should able to install solar panels on it for hot water system
Building size looking at about 120 sqm
2 room have farm view and 2 room have farm view
Land size (longish) and front door is facing farm and back facing the pond
