I am looking to integrate an email system for www.vatstaffing.com and likely fine up certain aspects of the site.  The site's first iteration can be presently found at www.vatstaffing.com.  The site's primary developer is Hussnain Shabbir and he is familiar with all of the site's intricacies.
I would like Hussnain to work at most 24 hours per week in terms of (1) email integration, (2) answers questions as they arise and (3) possibly making mutually agreed upon modifications to the extent they are warranted.  At a later time, we will likely attempt a version 2 of the site, but for now, we are primarily attempting to secure customer feedback; based on feedback, some changes may be warranted.  Today, however we are primarily going to market with the current version of the site plus the email integration.
