Fix Bugs in Swiftchats Whatsapp Modules (Flowbuilder, Webhooks, Signup)

Have purchased some Swiftchats modules: FlowBuilder Automation, Webhooks, and the main SaaS WhatsApp marketing system.
There are several issues that need to be fixed:
The embedded signup form does not work at all.
Webhooks sometimes don’t trigger or fail randomly.
The original developer is not responding to support tickets. I only need the current bugs fixed — no new features are needed.
Please contact me if you have experience with Laravel-based modules or similar SaaS systems.
