Floor Plan & Electrical Plan Design for Residential Building in Ketermaya, Iklim El Kharroub, Lebanon

Project Description:

I’m looking for a skilled architect or designer to create the following for a residential building located in Ketermaya, Iklim El Kharroub, Lebanon:

Scope of Work:

Two floors to be covered:

One full floor already divided into a single apartment

One floor already divided into two separate apartments

All rooms are already built and divided

Electricity and wiring are already installed

Deliverables Needed:

Accurate 2D floor plans (I will provide existing measurements and basic sketches)

Detailed electrical layout plans (showing light points, power sockets, switches, AC units, etc.)

Files must be suitable for use in CAD and interior design software

Notes:

No structural redesign needed – this is purely to document the existing setup

Must be accurate and clear to support further interior design work

Potential for additional collaboration on 3D visualization and exterior options
