Necesito un plugin o api que relacione una base de datos en excel .csv con los campos de un formulario para realizar cotizaciones.

El objetivo es que cada Potencial Cliente al llegar al formulario pueda ir autocompletando los datos según los campos que toma como referencia desde el archivo.

Busco una persona que tenga experiencia en dicha función, que me brinde asesoramiento y soporte sobre esta función.
