Hola!,

1.-Tenemos un formulario creado en mysql, pero en la empresa hemos hecho unos cambios de imagen y necesitamos que se haga una pequeña modificación.

2.-En este formulario el usuario rellena los campos y a nosotros se nos vuelca en un excel, para que el usuario pueda rellenar el formulario con sus datos necesitamos que se generen los links para cada cliente.

Necesitamos que se hagan estas dos cosas
