-Entre 50-60 campos
-Campos requeridos
-Validación de datos
-Campos disponibles y requeridos según opciones seleccionadas.
-Posibilidad de adjuntar archivos
-Diseño adaptable a móviles
-Diseño basico. Sólo habrá que añadir un logo, 2-3 enlaces y algún párrafo de texto
