Full stack developer

We are looking to develop a SaaS system which will be a cloud-based, intuitive all-in-one solution for businesses to manage their resources, be that people or projects. We have listed offerings of some competitors below and whilst our model operating model, focused more as a collaboration tool, these should provide a proxy of the visualisation we are looking for:

Whilst we appreciate that these systems are fully developed, complete solutions - this is ultimately the goal for our software at the end of the project. That is, to have a cloud-based SaaS product.

We are looking for someone with significant experience in Node.js and Angular.js and developing software based on AWS infrastructure.

Whilst we appreciate this is high level and you will need further information to quote, we would be looking for a full stack solution and indicative hourly rates to build such a system.

Please provide details of the relevant software you have worked on, we will be looking for a minimalistic approach, as you can see from the competitors outlined above is expected by consumers in this industry and examples of similar styles and projects would be very helpful.
