We’re looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist who doesn’t just manage campaigns—they own them. If you love testing, analyzing, and scaling performance while collaborating with a small, agile team—you might be a great fit.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Demand Gen, YouTube, PMax)
- Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and structure campaigns for results
- Collaborate with support specialists and CEO to improve ad performance
- Provide clear reporting and communicate insights regularly
- Test and learn—bring new ideas and own your results

Must-Have Skills:
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- 4+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience (Search, Display, etc.)
- A “think like an owner” mindset—you take initiative and responsibility
- Clear and proactive communicator (we’d rather you overcommunicate than guess)
- Comfortable asking questions and surfacing blockers
- Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Problem-solver who figures things out—even when it’s messy
- Excited to learn, test new things, and grow fast

Details:
- Location: Remote (LATAM preferred)
- Type: Contractor (full-time)
- Hours: Flexible, but need to be available during U.S. Central Time (CST)
- Pay: Competitive, based on experience ($1,800-3,000)
