Full-Time Ui/Ux and Social Media Graphic Designer for Digital Agency

Hive Media, a growing digital agency specializing in marketing, branding, web development, and software solutions for clients in industries such as HVAC, construction, manufacturing, and local services, is seeking a talented and dedicated Full-Time UI Designer with strong social media graphic design capabilities. This is a long-term, full-time position requiring availability for a full working shift (40 hours per week).

This role is a dynamic combination of structured ui/ux work and fast-paced marketing creative execution. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, organized, and capable of thriving in a structured team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

ui/ux design:
* design modern, conversion-focused website interfaces.
* Create compelling landing page mockups for various marketing campaigns.
* Design intuitive SaaS dashboards and admin panels.
* Maintain organized Figma files and reusable component libraries.
* Deliver developer-ready designs, including responsive states for various devices.
* Apply UX best practices and conversion principles to all designs.

Social Media & Marketing Design:
* Create engaging posts, carousels, and branded graphics for social media platforms.
* Design high-impact paid ad creatives for platforms like Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
* Adapt visual content to different formats, including feed posts, stories, and banners.
* Ensure all designs adhere strictly to established brand guidelines for multiple clients.
* Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align visuals with campaign objectives.

Required Skills and Experience:
* Strong proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
* Solid understanding of ui/ux fundamentals and principles.
* Proven experience in designing effective landing pages.
* Demonstrated experience in creating engaging social media graphics.
* Excellent typography and layout skills.
* Good English communication skills.
* Availability to overlap with US time zones.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
* Experience designing SaaS or CRM interfaces.
* Basic knowledge of html/css.
* Foundational understanding of motion graphics.
