Desarrollar un gestor de archivos y carpetas.

El sistema debe de poder gestionar archivos y carpetas otorgándoles permisos de grupo y/o de usuarios. Al subir los archivos estos no estarán disponibles hasta ser aprobados por el administrador.

>El sistema esta montado en una intranet.
>El desarrollo es un modulo que se agrega al sistema actual
>La plataforma es Linux Apache PHP y MySQL (LAMP)
>Los frameworks a utilizar son: Laravel 5.1 (Backend REST), AngularJS 1.4+, Bootstrap 3.*
