Disponemos de un gestor documental implantado en varios ministerios, ayuntamientos con una aplicación desarrollada en Java que utiliza Hibernate.
Con MYSQL y SQLServer el sistema funciona con normalidad cuando tenemos mas de 500.000 registros, pero con Oracle 11 y Oracle 12 tenemos muchos problemas de rendimiendo. Nos gustaria que nos asesorase alguien en como "tunear" o configurar el Oracle para mejorar el rendimiento.

Como decia, es una aplicación Java Spring, con Hibernate y Oracle 11 y Oracle 12. Con mas de 400.000 empieza a ir muy lento con Oracle.
