ROLE

This is a part-time (2-4 hrs per day), fully-remote role for a google ads specialist.

As a versatile Google Ads Expert, you will manage and optimize campaigns for multiple clients. This role includes strategizing, implementing, and refining Google Ad campaigns, conducting keyword research, creating ad copy, and analyzing performance for continual improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong problem-solving and ‘just get it done’ approach, focusing on achieving accurate conversions and real results. This multi-faceted position requires a growth hacker mentality, capable of handling various clients with a keen eye for detail and effectiveness.

experience and skills:
google ads management: at least 2+ years of hands-on experience managing multiple ad accounts in various niches with a proven track record of success.
Analytical: Strong skills in conducting keyword research, writing ad copy, analyzing ad performance, optimizing campaigns, and using Google Analytics for campaign tracking.
Broad Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding other digital marketing channels and tools.
Technical Skills: Capable of setting up goal conversion tracking using Google Ads, GTM, and GA4. Familiar with web builders like WordPress.

Communication and Interpersonal:
Excellent Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Able to effectively communicate data-driven decisions to clients and team members.
Client Relationship Management: Fast and friendly, capable of strengthening client relationships. Experience in client-facing roles and adept at reassuring clients when KPIs are below goals.
Organizational Ability: Highly organized and able to meet deadlines consistently, juggling multiple campaigns and client priorities.
Problem-Solver: Proactive account performance troubleshooting. Solution-oriented with a “whatever it takes” mindset.
Continuous Learning: Eager for self-development, with a willingness to learn independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and support 5-10 client accounts with monthly budgets from $2k to $15k/mo
Perform QA on campaign setups and post-launch activities.
Utilize tools like GA4 for campaign traffic and analysis.
Monitor budgets and performance, making necessary optimizations.
Set up, troubleshoot, and test tracking for accurate attribution and reporting.
Analyze ad campaigns to increase ROI and increase conversion rates.
Work closely with contractors, strategists, and specialists to meet client expectations.
Prioritize and respond to client communications.
Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends, focusing on Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Conversion Tracking.
Develop internal processes, checklists, and SOPs.
Participate in wider company initiatives like new business pitches and internal marketing efforts.
