Creation of a personalised google forms or any other solution that allows me to obtain the result of a "kolb learning style test" in a table from the participants of a research.This solution may also give the participants an immediate feedback on which learning style is their learning style.Note that the learning style is given by an specific formula(ir is a simple formula of + and ×).
The test is this one and I have the open code of the test in github with me:

In the ítem 2.1 of this thesis there is an explanation and formula on how to calculate the result of the test

Criacao de google forms personalizado ou de outra solucao que me permita obter em uma tabela o resultado do teste de aprendizagem de kolb dos participates de uma pesquisa que e forneça imediatamente após o teste o estilo de aprendizagem de quem o respondeu.Note que o resultado do teste de estilo de aprendizagem é dado por uma cálculo específico.(É Uma fórmula simples de + e ×).O teste é esse é eu tenho o código aberto no github comigo:

Project overview

The project will be used as a part of a research to understand the learning styles of students obtaining a health sciences degree. O projeto sera usado como parte de uma pesquisa para entender os estilos de aprendizagem de estudantes de ciências da saúde.
