Tengo un google spreadsheet el cual esta formulado y extrae una serie de datos, el problema que tengo es que tengo que ir metiendo dato a dato...

Lo que quiero es hacer un bucle que copie un valor en la casilla correspondiente, y copie y pegue los datos calculados en una hoja aparte,y que fueran añadiendo los registros los cuales consten en la tabla

básicamente un bucle que recorra la lista de valores que hay que actualizar los cálculos y copiar y pegar la extracción
