Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team on a contractor basis. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and creative designs that will be printed on apparel. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their creative skills and the ability to deliver high-quality designs within specified deadlines.



Responsibilities:



Collaborate with the founding team to understand design requirements and project objectives.
Create visually appealing designs for various apparel items, including t-shirts, hoodies, caps, etc.
Use graphic design software and tools to develop original concepts and layouts.
Incorporate feedback and make revisions based on the team's input.
Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different projects.
Prepare and deliver design files in appropriate formats for printing purposes.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our designs remain fresh and appealing.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.


Qualifications:



Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Knowledge of printing processes and requirements for apparel designs.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience in the fashion industry or designing apparel graphics is a plus.
