Necesito hacer un software de escritorio para Windows en lo posible en delphi o algun lenguaje facil para hacer GUI y multithreads.

Necesito hacer una GUI que que se conecte con mi sitio web para enviar solicitudes a un formulario pero que lo haga por multithreads porque necesito rellenarlo muchas veces. Al mismo tiempo necesito que la applicacion manipule el MS Outlook para verificar si llega un email cada vez que se envia el formulario de mi sitio web y si llega el email continuar enviando solicitudes. Mas informacion y detalles claros por el chat de freelancer.
Solo necesito que tengan un buen conocimiento en delphi o algun lenguaje para hacer GUIs y multithreads, conocimiento basico de envio de form a travez de la app. Y manipulacion del MS Outlook que es el Outlook que viene con microsoft office (yo uso la version 2007) creo que el MS outlook tiene apis.
