A ideia é construir um guia comercial com algumas noticias e algumas áreas para propagandas, destaques, etc.

Para inserir um anúncio o cliente terá que se cadastrar, escolher o tipo de plano (Ex: free, advanced e premium) e efetuar o pagamento via boleto, cartão, pagseguro, etc.

O cliente terá a sua própria dashboard, onde conseguirá alterar os planos e gerenciar os anúncios.

O administrador do site terá um painel administrativo, onde terá total gerenciamento dos anúncios e do financeiro.
