Help with creating Facebook ads

We have been selling prescription eyeglasses for over 20 years.  We need help with putting together FB ads from short videoclips, still images and text.  Perhaps also graphics (drawn) based on video or still suggestion.  We are interested in delivery of the final graphics (videl) also as the original file Premier Pro / Indesign ...  So we can edit these on the fly over here when prices change, when we want to present in Finland also to the small Swedish speaking minority and so on.

Our webpage is www.favoptic.com. (It is in Swedish - but you should be able to work out how customers perceive us. We will run our campaigns - but interested in the actual ads.
