I need to make a hotel  and dive center sketch, at Muscat - Oman.
The land size is 160 m long and 25 m wide and the land is facing the sea side from one long side.
The land is on top of small rock hill and about 10 m higher than the beach side.
The land has 2 levels the first level is 16 m higher from the sea level and the second level about 10 m from the beach level.
