This sales letter should be narrated in such a way that it sounds like an ordinary conversation, not in a radio voice that implies it's a sales pitch. The voice should be natural and convey credibility.
The speaker must be a native speaker, otherwise I ask you not to send a proposal for this job as we won't hire them.
