I need a website that collects data from point observations of different geospatial phenomena (temperature, pressure, altitude, etc.) From different geographical parts from different organisms and institutions. Also that it allows the incorporation of voluntary geographic information, which goes through a review process before its publication.
The site must be able to store the meteorological records in plain text documents, images of the site taken with a cell phone, and at the same time transform these into a database that can be consulted, whose data can be exported through R or Python, and must show the location of the observations, images on a map.

Also the site must allow the incorporation of users with different roles and communication between them.
The site must allow the download of the data under the sale price or for the concept of subscription.
