I need an illustrator for Web graphics and images (Multiple graphics & images per month)

Hi, we're a real estate company in internet.
We need an illustrator that knows how to create graphics from 0 not using pre-made images... Needs to be very talented.

Please send your examples as illustrator of works you've done.

The first work to initiate this.. It's going to be this... We're changing the homepage background image..  We're going to keep map, titles, everything except we just need to change the background image... With something created where shows the user that it's a community of buyers & sellers. In general investors as you can see in the current background image that we've in the hompage. I'm attaching a screenshot of the current homepage.


We need something that doesn't distract that much the user... That purple color that we currently have i like it. So play with it.

We need way more things not just this... This is just to start after this job we will send more,.
