Illustrator needed for a rugby activity book

I am starting my own business and I need a long
term illustrator. So I would like for us to work in the future. The
thing is that I would really appreciate if we could arrange a lower
price for first two project, and then have a normal price of 4$ per
illustration. Let me know if that words and if you have any other
