- Importar planilha / Cadastrar novo veiculo - Via placa *
- Listagem de veiculos (alterar/excluir)

*Cadastrar carro em lote (planilha) ou individual via placa. Consultar algum webservice que já traga todos os detalhes desse veiculo para cadastro como: marca/modelo/ano/versao/cor/preco da tabela fipe.

*Quando o cadastro for em lote via planilha excel, no final do import mostrar se algum carro já foi cadastrado anteriormente e perguntar se deseja manter ou excluir o carro do sistema.
