Preciso construir um arquivo xml válido para a importação de dados para o CMS Open Journal System (Gerenciamento de revista acadêmica). Tenho todos os dados prontos organizados numa planilha excel (476 linhas). Precisamos mapear o arquivos xml para conseguir importar dentro do sistema.
