Preciso de uma DLL em Visual Studio 2017 (C#) que faça a importação do XML de NFe diretor do Sefaz e que salve o arquivo em disco, Como será feito:
- Meu erp vai acionar e enviar a dll a chave de nfe + serial do certificado a1 + caminho do disco onde o arquivo será salvo.
- Deve ser desenvolvido em Visual Studio 2017 (C#)
- Deve me enviar os Fontes do Projeto
- Deve me enviar orientação de como usar a DLL (como acionar, tamanho de campos  e etc)
- Deve me enviar tempo de entrega deste projeto
- Tem que funcionar 100% na plataforma Windows (7,8,10) Server (2008,2012).
