Buenas tardes este proyecto consiste en crear un listener que cuando un archivo txt caiga en una carpeta lo recoja y lo envie a imprirmi en la factura electronica de panama y lo almacene en una base de datos y luego borre el archivo

tengo toda la documentacion para la factura electronica y el archivo txt que cae en la carpeta
