We’re looking for a highly analytical Industrial Engineer to lead and optimize our recruitment process as if it were a production system. In this role, you’ll apply engineering principles to streamline workflows, improve recruiter efficiency, and implement scalable sourcing strategies. You’ll lead with structure, use data to make decisions, and bring a systems-thinking approach to our growing recruiting operation.

What you must bring to the table:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

MBA required.

Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).

Proven experience in process optimization, team leadership, and data-driven decision-making.

Strong knowledge of recruitment systems, automation tools, and data analytics platforms.
