Necesito una pagina donde poder editar la informacion de un estudiante, yo me encargo de recibir los datos solo ocuparia mostrarlos en una seccion con 6 input text y agregar un boton, ya tengo el codigo del boton.

Necesito ayuda con el diseño de esta seccion, que sea algo intuitiva , incluyendo validaciones de los input y que sea responsive para dispositivos.

Tengo el CSS que se va utilizar y algo del diseño que se desea.
