Inserir em um site que já está ativo e funcional uma pagina chamada NOVIDADES,  nela quero postar uma vez por semana uma foto e texto de forma simples.
Os requerimentos são que eu possa fazer as postagens por minha conta, tenho conhecimento básico de HTML com a instrução inicial do profissional pretendo eu mesmo fazer as postagens.
(Pode ser no estilo blog, mas não precisa ser obrigatoriamente assim)
