Instagram Content & Video Manifesto Creation for Tourism Startup

We are a new Brazilian startup in the tourism sector seeking a talented freelancer to develop the initial wave of content for our Instagram page. This project encompasses creating both institutional content, such as a brand manifesto and detailed solution explanations, and content designed to establish authority, build credibility, and ensure strong visual appeal.

Additionally, a component that we would like to explore is the production of a brand manifesto in video format, ideally between 30 to 60 seconds in length. We'd appreciate a separate quote for this specific video deliverable.

The goal is to complete this comprehensive initial content wave within a timeframe of 1 to 2 weeks. To facilitate this, the selected freelancer will be provided with a complete brand strategy package, which includes:
- Strategic positioning: detailing our purpose, core values, solutions, target personas, competitive landscape, and unique advantages.
- Brand positioning: outlining the mental space we aim to occupy and key topics for our brand stance.
- Editorial guidelines: specifying our desired tone of voice, communication style, and primary content pillars.
- Key messages: including a word map, calls to action (CTAs), slogans, content guidelines, and brand associations.
- Creative concept: the overarching idea that will guide all main brand concepts.

Key requirements for this role include:
- Proven experience in content creation specifically for Instagram, with a preference for experience within the tourism or lifestyle segments.
- Demonstrated ability to develop both compelling visual content and engaging written content, ensuring full alignment with our strategic brand positioning.
