An existing bedroom and 'on suite' bathroom needs an entree, kitchen, living room, and porch to make it a fully equipped tiny home for 2 adults. The size of the living room and open kitchen is 3.5m x 6m.  The positioning of windows, sliding doors, and other doors are flexible to a great extent, so there is a lot of room for creativity. We have attached some files and can provide all other footage that is needed to complete the job. We prefer communication in English, but one of us is fluent in Spanish and French. The weather is mostly sunny and dry except for the rainy season, with temperatures from 25 degrees Celsius in winter till 35 in summer; you never need a coat on Aruba.

Project overview

We are a couple living together in this house now for two years. For the upcoming 10 years, we like to rent the apartment for the short and long term. The idea for the future is to share the property with one more couple.
