Landscape Architect (Preferably from Venezuela or Philippines)

Remote | Full-Time | $1,200–$1,800 USD/month (based on experience)

Calimingo Pools is a California-based design-build firm specializing in luxury pools and outdoor living spaces. We’re seeking a detail-oriented Landscape Architect to join our remote team and help bring high-end outdoor environments to life—from site plans to permit-ready documentation.
What You’ll Do
•    Prepare detailed site plans, construction drawings, and permit/HOA submittals
•    Coordinate site measurements and develop base plans for design development
•    Create AutoCAD drawings including layouts, cross-sections, and structural details
•    Research and apply local codes, zoning laws, and setback requirements
•    Submit and track permit and HOA applications
•    Collaborate with designers and engineers to ensure technical accuracy
•    Maintain project documentation and participate in virtual team meetings
What You Bring
•    Experience as a Landscape Architect, CAD Drafter, or similar technical design role
•    Proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent CAD software (required)
•    Familiarity with 3D modeling tools (preferred)
•    Knowledge of U.S. Building codes, permit processes, and HOA requirements
•    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
•    Excellent written and verbal communication
•    Ability to work independently in a remote environment
