Layout Web21

Preciso criar o website da minha nova empresa, com foco em soluções digitais. Eu já tenho pronto (logo, dominio e DNS, servidor para o hosting, e o conteúdo). Preciso da criação de um layout funcional, será programado depois para funcionar de maneira responsivo.
A idéia é um layout próximo a uma landing page que terá também um formulário de contato e lead.



I'm starting my own company to offer consultancy services for digital transformations and digitals solutions. I have done the (logo company, domain,  DNS, server, and website Content). Now I just need to create my website.
This will be very simple and functional, like a good landing page talking about the company info and the services, and one form (to take info contact and leads), this form have to be in a different link. I just need receive the contacts (leads) in my  email, is not necessary to create a data base to control it. I will separate in two fases, first the design page (done in responsive layout).
For the second part, the front-end. I don't wanna this project made using word press... Is have to be make with HTML, javascript etc..
