Limpar malware de site em wordpress

Há 3 meses meu site foi infectado por um malware, fizemos inúmeras mudanças, inclusive de servido, contratei o WordFence dentro do site, e aparentemente o site encontra-se OK.

Entretanto ao abri o site usando um antivirus local, AVG (por exemplo) continua acusando e o google não me permite fazer tráfego pago para o site pois está acusando esse malware no histórico e um cliente acaba de me relatar o mesmo.
